Hi, I’m using Doppler as part of GitHub Student plan; I’ve create a new workspace for a college project. In this new project I’ve got the Free Plan instead Team Plan as I’ve in my personal workspace. Student plan only give access to Team Plan to personal workspace?

The discount from the GitHub Student plan currently only applies to the first workplace you create after logging in via GitHub after that plan has been active on GitHub’s side (i.e., if you had previously logged into Doppler via GitHub, but before you had the GitHub Student plan active on your GitHub account, then you’d need to log out and log back in, then create a new workplace). As of now, the discount is only applied to the one workplace!

this also is not working at my end
I’ve got developer plan instead of a team plan when created new workspace after login with github
my github student developer pack was now applied since I’ve used other services just fine
@HRNPH I replied to you via DM with more details. Ultimately, the discount did successfully apply to one of your workplaces (told you which one in the DM). Any workplace that moved to the Team plan will get a 14 day trial regardless of whether the discount is applied or not. In your case, once that trial is over, normal billing will ensue and the discount will be applied!
