Csrf error during registration

My colleague I am trying to invite to Doppler cannot get past this screen after he has submitted the registration form. He is getting it on multiple browsers on MacOS

@tforster I assume at least one of the browsers that were tried didn’t have any browser extensions enabled, right? Either way, could you have him try signing up fresh in an incognito/private browsing window without following any invitation links he may have received via email (i.e., just browse directly to Sign Up)? If he does that, does the same issue occur? If that works, then he should be able to access the invitation from the dashboard via the Avatar menu in the top right by selecting the Invites option.
