I entered the authentication code by entering my ID and password.
However, the authentication code is not being sent by e-mail.
Same here. Last week everything worked fine, but since yesterday we don’t receive authentication code mails anymore (we also checked spam).

If you’re having trouble receiving the authentication code email (or any other Doppler notification emails), please make sure to double-check your spam folder! If you still can’t find the email, it’s possible that your address got added to our bounce list for some reason. You can get in touch with support by browsing to https://support.doppler.com and opening a support ticket. After that we can investigate further!
