My team mate is unable to download secrets using the doppler secrets download --no-file --format env > .env command for any of our projects. The doppler cli is working and he can view the secrets for all projects doppler secrets -c -p , but simply cannot download the secrets using the same approach. Conversely, I have no problem downloading secrets which is very weird IMO
