Minor UX nit-picking here, but the location of the Save button is proving troublesome for me, up in the right-hand corner of the page. It’s so visually far away from the area where you actually enter secrets, that I often forget that it’s there, and that I actually need to press it to save values.
I’d probably recommend putting it (or even a second button) right below the last secret on the list, kind of like this:
