Hitting rate limit

We’re suddenly hitting the Doppler rate limit through our CI even though, as far as we can tell, we’re nowhere near the limit. Has been happening for the past 20 mins and is blocking us from shipping updates to our app.

Here’s the error message:

Doppler Error: Exceeded rate limit of 240 requests within 60 seconds. Retry in 25 seconds. Upgrade to the Enterprise plan to increase your limit.

Is this a Doppler issue? Is there any way to see where the 240 requests are coming from?
