Strange Error (http: ContentLength=84 with Body length 0)

I trying to set up value via command line (on devwloping machine). Before update value was False, after it changing to True, but updating show an error:

Doppler Error: Post "https://api.doppler.com/v3/configs/config/secrets?config=stage&project=print_mes": http: ContentLength=84 with Body length 0

What can cause this behavior?

Doppler version: 3.69.0

Are you able to reproduce this on-demand? I’ve tried reproducing it on Windows and can’t seem to get that error to show up.
