# Browser crashes when importing a doppler exported .env

When importing a .env file that were exported from another config the site crashes in the browser. I removed the three “DOPPLER\_” vars when importing and after that it worked again.

Hey rloqvist and welcome to the Doppler community!

Sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Could you tell me the operating system and browser you’re using?

Also, it would be really useful to capture any errors that are output to the browser developer tools console during import.
