Hi @iandjx and welcome to the Doppler community! If you continue to experience issues, can you add the `--debug` flag to your commands and create a new topic with the output, as you may be experiencing some issues specific to WSL2. What environment are you running in WSL2 (e.g. Ubuntu?) ---

I’m facing the same issue ```auto Unable to download secrets 37Doppler Error: Get "https://api.doppler.com/v3/configs/config/secrets/download?config=&format=env-no-quotes&project=": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers) ``` maybe this is related? Hey @ryan-blunden , long time no see and wonderful to see you here! I am having this same issue where I can’t seem to log in on a branch with a different doppler config. Is there some way to trouble shoot this? Would be great to jump on a Zoom, would love to catch up. Cheers Rosh ---

Happy to start a new topic @ryan-blunden but I’m getting a similar error to what’s been described here: ```auto Unable to fetch secrets from the Doppler API Doppler Error: Get "https://api.doppler.com/v3/configs/config/secrets/download?config=localhost_contract-deployment-model&format=json&include_dynamic_secrets=true&project=apps-www": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers) Reading secrets from fallback file Doppler Error: The fallback file does not exist ``` it’s a weird one, because I’m logging in from work today and it’s all ok. The error above is coming from working at home ---

Hi @rosh-eth! Could you try setting your home workstation to use either [Google Public DNS](https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns) or [Cloudflare’s Public DNS](https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/) and see if you continue having issues? We most frequently see people having problems like this due to flakey ISP DNS nameservers. Usually switching to a more reliable nameserver like Google or Cloudflare’s solves the issue!
